Refund policy

  • An item is eligible for return/exchange and full refund within 7 days of purchase. Items must not be worn, washed, used and tags must be attached. Items must be returned/postmarked with 7 days of return/exchange request. Once the item is received your exchange [if applicable] or refund will be processed. Your refund will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please allow for a period of up to 7 business days to process the refund.

  • If the 7 days have passed since USPS delivery or pickup, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange unless it is a shop error.

  • Custom items are non-refundable. No exceptions. This includes tees + accessories.

  • All clearance/last chance items are non-refundable, no exceptions.

  • All bows and Bow Boxes are non-refundable, no exceptions.

    Shipping Returns:
    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
